By accessing or using the Times8 website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Times8 provides AI consulting, advisory services, and software products including but not limited to Amplicast, Client Hub, GEO Monitor, RelateAI, and ProjectOS. Service availability and features may change without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Some of our products require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and materials on this website and in our products are owned by Times8 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

5. Consulting Services

Consulting and advisory engagements are governed by separate agreements between Times8 and the client. These Terms of Service apply to the website and general product usage. Specific project terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid products, billing is processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are specified within each product. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific product terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Times8 provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
